New Delhi: 12,500 Ayush centers across India is now the target of the government! Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that their government has set up a goal for themselves to build up to 12,500 Ayush centers across India to reach more people and cater to their requirements. This was stated on Friday by the PM and he promised to set up at least 4000 of them in this year itself.
“Creating a homogenous system by the creation of an “Ayush grid” is really needed,” he said. This Ayush grid system should be on the lines of one nation, one tax, and one nation, one mobility card, he added. According to him, silos in the area of Ayush will be removed through this. He stressed on the opening of 1.5 lakh health, wellness centers.
Merging technology with tradition while practicing Ayush medicine was also pitched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also said that more professionals would be brought in the field of Ayush by the government and required steps are being taken to that effect.
