Bangladesh cricket team is on tour to Delhi for the T20I with India at the National Capital and the match is to go ahead as scheduled despite the whole pollution-emergency situation.
India has had something like 8 T20Is played against Bangladesh, out of which, India has won just all. Hope or chances for the team to change that record is more or less sleek, given that the team set for the T20I is missing out a load of Bangladesh’s top performers- including the all-rounder and skipper, Shakib Al Hasan himself.
Hasan has been barred from Cricket for 2 long year. Mohammad Saifuddin won’t be available due to his back injury. Mashrafe Mortaza retired in a bizarre fashion. Tamim Iqbal won’t be there too. Altogether, bad time for Bangladesh so far. The only dependables, based on performance history, would be Mustafizur (unfortunately not the Mustafizur who’s been a part of IPL), Mahmudullah and Rahim to step up and
Now, though India won’t be having leaders like Dhoni and Captain Kohli, the team still have all the assets to ensure that the team does well.
The matches are much anticipated as people expect boys to bring home another T20I victory.
